It all starts with a free consultation that will help me understand if I am the right fit for you.  Once we both decide to start working together, you will be sent a link where you can access your intake documents as well as a review of my policies.  All services are currently offered via telehealth at this time. 

  • Individual Therapy.

    It all starts with a free consultation that will help me understand if I am the right therapist for you. Once we both decide to start working together, you will be sent a link where you can access your intake documents as well as a review of my policies.

    All services are currently offered via telehealth at this time. Depending on your needs, we will meet weekly or biweekly. As you start to show progress in treatment, your sessions will be reduced in frequency over time.

  • Immigration Psychological Evaluations.

    Contact me for an initial consultation where I will ask for a brief overview of your case. After this phone call:

    o I will send you intake documents

    o I will send you a questionnaire and self-assessments that will help your assessment

    o Sessions are offered via telehealth only

    The assessment interview process takes between 2-4 sessions. After we meet, I will complete a comprehensive written evaluation and will provide it to you and your lawyer within 2-3 weeks.

  • Sleep Coaching.

    We will start with an initial free consultation where we can discuss some of your current sleep challenges. I will mail you a personal workbook so we can utilize this through your sleep coaching treatment.

    Sleep coaching sessions will last between 45 min-1 hour. We will meet weekly for about 4-5 sessions. Sessions are offered via telehealth only.

  • Supervision.

    An initial consultation is required to review whether I am the right fit for you. In the event that a contract is needed so I can supervise your hours, I will collaborate with your workplace to develop a plan.

  • Fees.

    My current rate is $160 per session which is due at the time of your appointment. I accept debit/credit card only. If you are struggling financially, I can offer a reduced rate temporarily.

  • Insurance.

    I currently accept Blue Shield Insurance. If you are covered by another insurance provider but would like to work with me, I can provide you with a superbill. A superbill is a statement that describes the service you received. You can provide this to your insurance for partial reimbursement. If you’d like, you can also use the Reimbursify app to help request your reimbursements.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Appointments should be canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Appointments that are not canceled within this time frame or any no shows will be charged the full session fee of $140.

  • Confidentiality.

    All the information you provide me is confidential. There are exceptions to this rule. Because I am a mandated reporter, I am legally obligated to report any suspicion of child abuse/neglect, elder abuse/neglect, or if you report you are having thoughts of killing yourself or seriously harming others. If you have questions about this, I am happy to talk about it further.
